These terms govern your use of the Komforan website and our web development services.
Our Services
Komforan provides web development consultancy and website development services. The scope, deliverables, and pricing of each project are agreed upon individually with each client.
Free Consultations
Our free 25-minute consultation is offered without obligation. It is intended to discuss your project needs and explore how we can help. No binding agreement is created during the consultation.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components in future projects.
Ownership and Leaving
Once paid for, the website is yours under every operating model, including when Komforan stores and hosts it for you. If you leave a model where Komforan holds the code, we either email you a copy of the code as a zip file or transfer the GitHub repository to your GitHub organization, and we help transfer any domains we created as part of hosting the site, free of charge.
Limitation of Liability
Komforan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
