Free Consultations
Our free 45-minute consultation is offered without obligation. It is intended to discuss your project needs and explore how we can help. No binding agreement is created during the consultation.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components in future projects.
Limitation of Liability
Komforan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
